Muscle Testing

How do we know what’s inside the subconscious mind?

Well, it’s called Muscle Testing.

It can be used to diagnose problematic organs in your body

Or as a fun lie detector test at a party.

Here’s what it’s not,

It is not a connection to higher truth

but it is a direct connection with your Higher Self.

And I say that because I think it’s important to defend truth and have integrity and be very precise.

It’s not perfect information.

You can’t use it to pick lottery numbers but what you can do tells you the energy of what’s inside your unconscious belief systems for one, taps into your knowing, and allows you to get clarity when needed.

Stand up,

(I’ve heard someone teaching this technique say, “Face north” This was to me unexpected because I’ve been using this technique for years and never gave direction a second thought. But if it pleases you then Face North)

Legs straight and say “Yes” out loud.

Most people will find that when doing this their body automatically leans forward.

Now the opposite.

Still facing North with legs straight, say “No” out loud.

And you should find yourself leaning backwards.

And that’s all you really need to know to learn muscle testing.

Now you may ask yourself “Yes” & “No” questions

directly to your subconscious mind.

Keep your questions out of things pertaining to the future because that’s not the function of the subconscious, but you can get clarity about practically anything in your life you’re struggling to make the right decision about.

Or if you want direction from your higher self

regarding any subject that is an issue for you.

Or even your preferences.

I have taken to using another method for doing the same thing.

And for some it’s the pendulum technique

But I hold my arm straight out in front of me, with two fingers from my opposite hand lightly pressing against my wrist.

For “Yes” my arm holds strong and straight, for “No”

It loses its strength immediately and drops down.

And in public I’ve found using my first finger (palm down) works just as well.

In addition to using that technique for all of the above uses I use it to ask my subconscious what I should read or listen to. I scan down the list of what I have on my bookshelf or in my audio library (I have quite a selection of lectures, programs and replays of interviews) and my arm firms-up and points straight forward when I scroll over the one it wants me to select and interestingly enough, it always seems to select the one that pertains to what I’ve been searching for or offers the missing piece or some other hidden gem tailored specifically to that area or subject.

And sometimes I put on headphones before I go to sleep and ask my higher self what it would like to listen to.

I don’t care, I’ll be sleeping. It’s been known to be very enthusiastic about this small consideration for its own preference.

What if the only person powerful enough to stop you is you?

Which keeps you in resistance.

The key component is to love and accept yourself as you are

So, you can lower your resistance and raise your vibration.

Everything is energy in motion

All energy is vibration

All vibrations have a corresponding frequency

Abundance is a Frequency

Health is a frequency

Love and hate are frequencies

Use Energy Techniques to then remove the blocks once identified.

A great one for this is the EFT Tapping Technique

This is done by using your finger tips to tap on the tap points located on the face and the body.

Blocks are energetic and emotional

If you don’t change your energy you won’t change your behavior.

You have to have a really clear target.

The target has to be a fear of your failure or an emotion of the symptom

The fear of what you will have to face if you don’t get what you want.

Select a topic from the four below or using the examples as a template create your own.

Once you’ve chosen your topic then measure living with the your failure of ever obtaining your goal on a 0-10 point scale.

Feel it clearly, bring it to the surface, and embrace the emotional regret.

On a scale of 0-10 what is it?

There are four exercises

Each one has two equal parts, go through both before moving on

The first is for Weight Loss

The 2nd for smoking

The 3rd for fear of success

The 4th to remove the craving for alcohol

Here are the nine tapping points

T-1 Tap on the karate-chop point on your left hand *

T-2 above and between the eyes

T-3 outside of the eyebrow

T-4 Under the eye above your cheek bone

T-5 the area under the nose *

T-6 Chin point, indent of the chin *

T-7 collar bone point (where the knot of a man’s tie would be)

T-8 cross your arms and tap on the side of the ribs (bra strap area)

T-9 Tap in a circle on the top of your head

*One-handed tapping Some of these statements are negative. They’re meant to be. What we’ve been taught to do is to continue to hold a beach ball underwater instead of letting it up and releasing the plug. By repeating these statements you’re allowing the beach ball to surface and you’re pulling the plug.

Weight Loss

Repeat each of the following statements three times while tapping on the tap point

T-1 Tap on the karate-chop point on your left hand

Even though I have a tendency to eat too much of the wrong things I deeply and completely accept myself anyway

T-2 above and between the eyes

I can’t tell myself “NO”, No wonder I can’t lose weight
